Electric Hair

We spent our last weekend together at Ty and Becky's house. The girls are always delighted to swim and play and bounce. I try to convince them that the small pool of water + the fellowship of church members who love them and protect them is much better than a $300 trip to Roaring Springs decked out in the latest Ambercrombie and Fitch designer bathing suits with matching shoes and towels. I think they are beginning to see the sense in that and beginning feel the importance of a life grounded in a diverse, cohesive community, where they are treated as perfect just as they are.
