After I decided to be part of rucomingout.com I decided to come back to my old home and the last post here is terribly maudlin.   Of course,  its sad and its true,  but I wanted to put one more post here so that you know that life has gone on for me and while I still struggle though many things,  I also have my little victories and great joys and I am happier to be exactly who I am now than I ever have been.

I won't tell you not to be afraid.  I won't tell you not to hesitate.   I will tell you becoming true to oneself is really the only true road to a self-actualized life.   But you must make those when and where and who decisions in the safest and most comfortable way you can.   You will find more and more places that can offer you resources and people willing to have conversations with you.  You do not have to be alone in this huge life event.

There is life after the fall out.   I promise.  It is so much easier to walk away without carrying a secret.   I wish you all much happiness going forward.
