Onward and Upward

The stbxh (soon to be exhusband) and I began our search for a duplex yesterday. Neither one of us is willing to live away from our children. Lucky children. Lucky me that he is will to set us up in such a manner! I look forward to having my own bed. I can't tell you how diminished and tiny I feel each night as I lay down on the couch to sleep. I have no privacy. I long for a little room where I can just close the door and be alone if I want to. Or lounge and read a book in my pj's. I am hoping the coming year will bring this to me.
